3. Payments and Billing Data
Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. VaultIQGG does not store full payment details, card numbers, or banking information. Only required billing references and transaction identifiers are retained for record-keeping and dispute resolution.
4. OAuth & Third-Party Connections
When you connect supported external services such as Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Dropbox, or Google to your VaultIQGG account:
- Access is strictly permission-based and limited to requested scopes;
- You can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the third-party platform;
- We only access data required for the specific feature to function.
We do not access private content, messages, or data outside the permissions you have explicitly granted.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:
- Role-based access controls;
- Rate limiting on authentication and API endpoints;
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across all services;
- Restricted internal access to production data.
Security is treated as a core system requirement, not an afterthought. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only as long as necessary to operate the platform, fulfill contractual obligations, or comply with legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@vaultiqgg.com. Upon verified request, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as billing or tax records).
Google User Data Retention and Deletion
For users who sign in with Google or connect Google services (including Google Drive, YouTube, or Google account login), the following retention and deletion rules apply specifically to data obtained from Google APIs:
- What we receive: basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) and the specific scopes you approve, such as YouTube channel metadata or Google Drive files you explicitly select.
- How long we keep it: Google user data is retained only for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the feature you connected it for. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and rotated regularly.
- How to delete it: you can disconnect Google at any time from your VaultIQGG account settings, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting immediately removes stored Google tokens and associated Google user data from our active systems.
- Full account deletion: requesting account deletion (via support@vaultiqgg.com) permanently removes all Google user data within 30 days from production systems and within 90 days from encrypted backups.
- What we never do: we do not sell, transfer, or use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except where required for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.
VaultIQGG's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We may use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used and to improve the Services. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
