Why did my render fail?
Render failures can occur due to source file corruption, timeouts, or transient server issues. Here is how to diagnose the problem.
Error Code: TIMEOUT
The clip exceeded the maximum processing time. This happens with very long VODs (8h+) or complex edit instructions. Try splitting the VOD into smaller segments.
Source Unavailable
Twitch may have deleted the VOD (e.g., due to DMCA) before we finished processing. Verify the VOD is still playable on Twitch.
Format Mismatch
We support .MP4, .MOV, and .MKV. If you uploaded a custom file, ensure it uses standard H.264/AVC codecs.
